Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data KMG Productions, LLC ("KMG", "we") collects through kmgproductions.com, why we collect it and what you can ask us to do with it. Questions go to marketing@khurlapov.com.

What we collect

  • Requests you send us. When you fill in a form we receive your name, your email or Telegram handle, the service you are interested in and anything you write in the message, plus the page you sent it from.
  • Calls you book. Booking runs through Calendly. Calendly processes the details you enter under its own privacy policy and shares the booking with us.
  • Analytics, only with your consent. If you allow analytics in the cookie banner, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics record anonymous usage data such as pages viewed, device type and approximate location. If you choose "Only essential", no analytics scripts load.
  • Essential storage. Your browser remembers your cookie choice so the banner does not show on every page.

Why we use it

We use your request to reply to you, prepare a proposal and run the project you hire us for. We use analytics to understand which pages help visitors and to improve the site. We never sell your data and never add you to a mailing list without asking.

Where it goes

Form requests are delivered to our team's private Telegram group and may be copied into our CRM. Our service providers (Cloudflare for hosting, Telegram, Calendly, Google for analytics with consent) process data on our behalf and may store it outside your country under their own safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep requests for up to 24 months after our last conversation, and project data for as long as the contract and the law require. Analytics data is kept for 14 months.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct, export or delete the data we hold about you, and you can withdraw analytics consent at any time with the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. Write to marketing@khurlapov.com and we answer within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes

If we change this policy we update the date at the top of this page.
